Rancho Santa Fe Residence

Installed two new Forced air furnaces with ducting and insulation in the mechanical room. Improved efficiency, air distribution and cleanliness of space.

Walnut residence

Removed the inefficient, original forced air furnace and asbestos ducting and installed a new, efficient furnace. This project included adding Air conditioning and new ducting to the property, increasing indoor air quality, comfort and home value.

Brea residence

Remove the inefficient HVAC system and asbestos ducting and installed a new, high efficiency system with duct work. This project is highlighted by our custom designed water conservation system, which traps the condensate water produced from running the air conditioner. This allowed the customer to utilize the water in his garden. Project was completed within full compliance of city codes and in these times of drought, highly appreciated by the homeowner.
